Healing is possible, even from the things you've never been able to name out loud. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care and the belief that emotional vulnerability, when met with the right support, becomes a pathway to authentic connection, freedom, and growth. I use integrative, evidence-based approaches tailored to where each client is and what they're carrying.

I specialize in working with men who are ready to move beyond what culture has told them they're allowed to feel. Many of my clients have spent years managing, performing, or pushing through, and come to therapy when those strategies stop working. I create space for something different: honest, grounded work that builds emotional capacity and resilience without asking anyone to leave who they are at the door.

As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and a person of faith, I understand firsthand how identity and belief intersect with healing. I work with LGBTQIA+ individuals who are navigating the particular weight of living in a world that hasn't always made room for them, and with people for whom spirituality and faith are central to how they understand themselves and their recovery. You don't have to compartmentalize here.
