Accepted Insurances
Clients are responsible for the full cost of therapy, regardless of insurance coverage. While I do accept most major insurance plans in Washington, coverage can vary widely depending on your individual policy. It is the client’s responsibility to verify their mental health benefits, copays, deductibles, and any limitations. If there are discrepancies or issues with insurance reimbursement, the client is ultimately responsible for resolving them and covering any outstanding balance.

For those paying privately, my rates are as follows:

Initial Intake Session: $225 (one-time fee)

Ongoing Therapy Sessions: $175 per 60-minute session
Please note that I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full session fee.
