No two people arrive at therapy carrying the same thing, and no two paths through it look the same. I offer individual and couples counseling for adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, identity, and life transitions, with specialized depth for men, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those integrating faith into their healing. Whatever brought you here, we'll build the approach around you.
Unburdened: Religious Trauma & LGBTQIA+ Support Group
Unburdened is a free, drop-in support group for anyone who has experienced harm from religious environments or high-control religious groups. The group is LGBTQIA+ focused and open to all people, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, faith background, or neurodivergent identity.
This group is clinician-led but is not individual therapy, and it does not require registration or a prior visit. Each session stands on its own, so you're welcome to join at any point.
When: First Sunday of every month, 1:00 – 3:00 PM
Where: United Christian Church of Renton, 15509 116th Ave SE, Renton, WA

Accepted Insurances
Clients are responsible for the full cost of therapy, regardless of insurance coverage. While I do accept most major insurance plans in Washington, coverage can vary widely depending on your individual policy. It is the client’s responsibility to verify their mental health benefits, copays, deductibles, and any limitations. If there are discrepancies or issues with insurance reimbursement, the client is ultimately responsible for resolving them and covering any outstanding balance.

For those paying privately, my rates are as follows:

Initial Intake Session: $225 (one-time fee)

Ongoing Therapy Sessions: $175 per 60-minute session
Please note that I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full session fee.
